The Duke ef York will despatch a massage to the Sing immediately the Commonwealth Parliament is opened.

Subject to the Governor's approval the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall will reside at Mr. E. G. Rhodes' residence Te Eoraka, Merivale. Wellington', April 26.
The constitution and order of the procession in Melbourne will be bs follows : — Their Royal Highnessas in a State carriage, suite in accompanying carriages, with mounted troops from ail States and New Zealand.
