WAITARA. I The annual mooting »f was held in tha Wiitara S :hoolroom yesterday evening, Mr. B, A. Hignett being voted to the chair. The nominations resulted in th 1 ? ouvgolng committee being ro-'-l-c'x'd, niuioly : Messrs. Newbry, Bich<mo, J. M. Higuott, Palainontain, liidlell, Rawusley, and Tate. At a subsequent; meeting Mr. Newbury vnn re-elwled chairman. There was a fair attendance and a good raee'ing ensued. Messrs. W. Rogers, J. Rogois, R. Rogers, T. Preico, G. JacUsm, Burton and \Yi'liamson were cle:,od. Mr, W. Rogers was re-alecfct'd tlmiman of the com ■ mit'ea.
