To do tbii it appears absolutely necessary, in the present state of tbe County's finance, and in view of the liability of £Bl2 for Engine, just incurred, and the necessary purchase of other laboar-saving machinery, to continue the Tolls for at least a year to give time for the Council to decide upon some mo'e satisfactory arrangement than either Tolls or Wheel Tax.
