The Dutch East Indies war ships go to Singapore to gi eot Duke and Duchess of York, and also to Melbourne. Received 18, 10.12 p,m. Sydney, April 18. Operations have commenced to decorate the city for the Royal visit. Melboubne, April 18. A great demand for accommodation has set in. From thirty to forty shillings a day is o.sked in some cases for first-class accommodation. The Norwegians residents will desorate a portion of the route. Ten thousand invitations have been issued for the various functions.
