The appointment of hi» James Prendergast m New Zealand's delegate to the Conference to be h*ld in London with reference to the formation of a, final Court of Appeal for the Empire haß been acknowledged by Mr. Chamberlain . As soon as the delegates from other parts of the Empire ne appointed a date will be fixed for the Conference.
