BOROUGH COUNCIL.

The Works Committee of the Borough Council met on Thursday and fegresd npon the following recommendations: —That the question of a drain from the Avenue Koad to Mr. Perm's property ba referred to the Borough solicitor, and that he be requestsd te meet the Chairman, Or.
