MAGISTRATE'S COURT RETURNS.

The number of criminal cases heard was 42. The amount of civil feos paid in stamps for the quarter just eaded wa-t £44 10?, as against £7O 10s for the same period last year; and licensing foes paid ia stamps amounted to £4 18s, against £2 2s.
