ROYAL VISIT
[PBR PBES3 ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, April 3. At the Maritime Committee in connection with the Royal visit it wai reported that the Waikato Maoris offered to briog the celebrated war canoe, Tiheretikitiki, from Mercer, man it in the harbour, and go out to escort the Ophir into port. The committee resolved to ask the Government to bring j the natives and the canoe to town free J of cost.
