THE CONINGHAM DIVORCE CASE.

Want concluded his addres to the jury, Goningham delivered an excited address, and violently accused Dr. O'Haran of destroying his happiness. He emphatically repudiated tho insinuations of conspiracy, saying that if damages were awarded ; he would not fauch a penny, but would ask the Court to tie the money up for 'the benefit of his children. The case was net concluded when the Court rose.

THE VKKDIOT. Received 2, 10.19 p.m. ? Sydney, April 2. The Judge gave a lengthy and able summing up. The jury, after %\ hours retirement, brought in a verdict for O'Haian on all issues. Immediately the verdict was announced tumultuous cheering took place in the Court. The petitioner fell forward on the table sobbing, A moment later, with a loud cry, he sprang towards O'Haran, but the latter evaded him. Oomngham tripped and fell and the spectators seized him, petitioner meanwhile yelling " Let me at him." " The jury added a rider that they did not think there was sufficient evidence to warrant a charge of conspiracy.
