The Cologne Gazette's St, Petersburg correspond o "!; says that owing to disturbances Chinese regulars and Boxers in the neighbourhood of (Ji angtufu, General Grodekoff is sending Kaukars with strong reinforcements to Kharbin anticipating the spread of Bozeiism in that district in the Spring. Meanwhile the military are guarding the Ohangtufu-Kharbin Railway and hare already strengthened the towa guard.
