AuckLAND, April 1, ' A case was heard in tha Police Court to-day in which a licensee was charged with selling liquor to a man who had a hf me in hut tlep", on the couch in the hot 1 m the previous nglit. The Magistrate held that tie man was a lodger within the meaning of tho Li;ensing Act and dismissed the case.
