Mr. Takaaki Kate, Japanese Minister of Foreign Affairs, states that Count Bulow's strange construction of the Anglo-German agreement did not concern Japan. His Government adhered to the plain, unmistakable meaning of the agreement. The Ministers of Great Britain, Germany, France, and Japan at P«kin are making an examination of the resources of China with relation to the payment of ipdemnities. MURDER OF A MISSIONARY.
