FIRST BOD TO BE TURNED ON j, THURSDAY. (PKR PRESS ASSOCIATION). Stbatfoed, March 22. Official informatics has been received that the fint sod of the Strat-ford-Whangamomona railway will be turned in Celia-street, Stratford, nest Thursday. Extensive preparations are to be made in celebration of the event.
