PEE PRKSf ASSOCIATION. Duxedis, March 21. The Invercargill session of tho Grand Lodgaof American Order uf Oddfellows has closed. The total membership is 1,393,899, the largest Friendly Society in tho world. Th«« valuation shows the Order is flourishing. The funer.il benefit has increased from £2O to .£3O. A proposal wdb carried that members of over 25 years' standing and being 65 years of age shall cease paying, and be entitled to all benefits. The following officers were elected :—Grand Master, J. M. Aitken, Inrercargill; Deputy, A. Small, Otaki; Warden, D. M. Millar, Dunedin; Secretary, Mr. Rcid, ander, Dunedin.
