She experienced rough weather in the Bjy. The children of the Duke and Duchess of York reside at Marlborough House. SYMEr, March 20. The citizens propose to hold a grand concert during the visit of the Duke and Duchess ef York, and also to present views of the city bound in solid gold. The City Council will spend X3OO on a casket containing an address. Auckland, March 20. The Harbour Board has decided to decorate the wharves on the arrival of the Duke and Duchess of York, It is suggested that the Duke be asked to lay the foundation stone of Admiialty House. At a meeticg of the Duke of York Reception Cotnmittso it was decided to ask the City Council to voto £ISOO towards expanses, and the Committee were authorised to spend .£3OOO on the reception. Other Icckl bodies will also be asked to contribute.
