[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Keceived 19, 11.2 a.m. Sydney, March 19. Arrived : Waihora. At the railway enquiry, the experts evidence attributed the Sydenham accident to a difloccion in the read owing to the excessive speed of the engine, which was unsuitad to vhat class of locomotive. The enquiry then adjourned to May 6th for the drivors' evidence. The Ooningham's case is c'.osad. Corespondents case was opened, bus the greater part of the day was taken up with hand-writing experts evidenue. Oharan in the box denied the charges absolutely. A second case of small pox was found in the hotel in George-street North, The patient Clarke was a passenger by ths Euroy alius and has the disease in a mild form only.
