(pkb press AJHogwfioN.> WiELLitfoTON, March 17. On Saturday the Hon. J. G, Ward went to Eketahuna to open the new Post Office In a speech he stated thafc in 1876 there were 61 post oflfaM in the Wellington and Wanganui districts, while in 1899 the number was 354.
