Rimutaka arrived at Waltara Yesterday and proceeded to load from the Waitara Freezing Works. In this •connectioa we understand that the Government steam trawler is shortly to visit New Plymouth, and will test the value of the Ashing on this coast in a thoroughly practical manner. It is thought that the fishing off the White Cliffs will prove exceptionally good. The s.s. Rimutaka, leaving Wellington on 28th March, will be the next boat takimg dairy produce. The closing day at the Moturoa Freering Works will be Thursday, the 21st March, at 3 o'clock p.m. The 1 s.B. Kumara will follow, having Wellington on April 11th.
