THE KAISER INJURED BY AN IMBECILE.

While the Kaiser was drhiag from Rathskeller, Bromen, to the railway stition at Dietrich, a workman named Weiland threw a pieee of iron at and saghtly injured the Kaiser on the cheek. Weiland is subject to epi'eptic fits, and gives confused answers when questioned. The Kiifer's journey wa6 net interrupted by the incident.
