PER PBEfJS ASSOCIATION.J (lioceivcd 7, 0.18 a.m.) Ottawa, March 6. The Canadian Commons unanimously voted five-eighteentbs of the cast of the Pacific Cable. The Hon. Wm. Mulock, referring to New South Wales' concession te the Eastern Extension Company, said it was too lata for Canada to recede, inasmuch as the contract had been signed providing for the constiuction of the Pacific cab'e. He denied any pooling arrangement with tha Eastern Extension (Jompicy.
