PUS I'UHSS ABSOCIATIOH. Gisuokne, March 6. Under the new Bm Francisco mail 'r.-angeiaeuts, Gisborne should get its portion of the mail within thirty hours of arrival in Auckland, but owing te the late arrival of the new 'Frisco steamer* the mail re dies tbe South Island before it gets to Gisborne.
