Friday, March Ist.—Before Mr. B. L. Stanford S.M. DRUNKENNESS. A fiist offender was fin-.d os and costs for drunkenness. A tine of 10s. and costs 7s. was imposed on S. J. Marshall for a similar offtnc*. ALLEGED IKOEHDiABISM. Thomas Payne was committed for trial on two charges of attempted incendiarism. Mr. Weston appeared for the accused, who reserved his defence.
