At the Supreme Court to-day the Ohief Justice, acting on the Grand Jury's suggestion, made a prasntment on behalf of Constable O'Brien, of Waverley, in his gallant conduct in arresting B.urns, who shot at a bank , clerk near Wavorley. The case against Toothy Poky, for alleged assault felt through, The judge expressing an opinion that nu jjUiy could convict on the evidence.
