PBB PI.ESS ASSOCIATION. Dukedin, February 25. During the week ending to-day returns have born reported from 42 dr«dges, tho total yield being 9780 i lOdwt, or an avjrage of 23ozs per dredge. Notwithstanding the iocreaMl number of dredges at work the total yield lor the sight weeks of the present year is scarcely up to that for tbe corresponding period of last year. Thia if the result of h'gh rivers. Additional returns are:—Stirling, 33bz fxhvt; New Alexandra, 21oz; Upper Wnipori, 20 >z lßdwt; Enn'i Flat, 16oj 13dwt; Paul's Beach, Uoa; Socond Magnetic, lOoz 16dwt.
