T-mders were opened to-night for the Tramway loan of .£50,000, hearing 4 pii' cent, invited by this City Council to complete the purchase of the tramways. The loan was ovor sub-c-iOed by £39,300. The A.M.P. Society tendered for tho wli'Jo loan at pir, but only rec.ived £11,700, this rest going to fonduroia above p:>r. Tho average will ba aboutXloo 15s.
