A good audience wa* present in tlie Whitwley Hall on Monday evening to heir Mr Brown, whose chatty and intending utterances on Phrenology won. r.-plete with common Fenso hints, and illustrated by graphic delineations ot character. Several who were prei-nt submitted tbems-lvr-s to Mr Brown for I his judgment on their mental equip--raont, and needless to Bay much, amusement was cau-ed by the "happy hits of the lecturer. Enoush was said to prove I that this domain of enquiry has pass,.-1' out of the experimental stigo, and that if only some practical method couid b» ! discovered for putting it i„ use , it would soon be a o reat boon to the community.
