FEB PBESB ASSOCIATION. (Received 8, 9.24 a.m.) London, February 7. A Chinese imperial edict has been sent to the Foriien Ministers pleading for Tungunhsiaiig's life, and promising his heavy future punMnnent. The Ministers insist on the execution of twelve of tt|e principal guilty officials.
