CONDITIONS. Two crews to start or no race. Three boits to start cr no second prize. _ All races to start punctually at advartised time. Each protest must be accompanied by a deposit cf 10s, which sum shall be forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Committee. Entrance fee, 10 per ctnt. of the amount of first prize money offered for each ev«nt.
