CONDITIONS. Two crews to start or no race. Three boats to start. or 110 second prize. All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at the startitg point at the proper tim* shall t e liable to disqualifi.cation lor that event. Protests must, be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within IB minutes after tlm rare. Fach protest must be accompanied by a deposit of 10=., which sum thall be forfeited if the protest is not upheld bv the Committee. Entrance fee, 10 per cent, of the amount ot first prize money offered for each event. Narnes, weights of competitors (including substitutes), and colrurs to ba worn, must be lodged at the time of entry. AH po&t entries (to close on Regatta at 1 p.m.) will be charged 5 percent, on amount of firet prize. _ Bookmakers will not be allowed to bet inside th*. et closure. _ The Committee reserve to t< amselves the right to altpr th ■ order or postpone any or all the events, ai?d add any regulations which in their opinion may be necessary.
