For crews that are not taking part in any other races at the Regatta. Entries to be accompanied with a description of costome for the Committee's approval. —First prize, £6; second, £l. Jonior Whaleboat Race. For crews urder 21 years.—First prize, £4; second, £l. One mile and a-half. 6. Girls' Whaleboat Race. For girls under 18 years of age.—First prize, £4; second, £2; third, £l. CONDITIONS. Two crews to start or no race. Three bo.'.ts to start or no .second prize. _ All races to slart punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at the starting point at the proper time sha'l be liable to riisquulilication for that event. Protests must be in tiin hands of the Secretary in writiiiLC wichin 15 minutes after thfc rare. Wacli protest must be accompanied by a deport of 10s, which sum >lmll he forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Committee. Entrance fee, 10 per cent, of the amount of first prize money oil'ered for each event. Namr-s, weights of competitors (including substiiutes), and colours to be worn, must bo lodued at the time of entry. All po. t entries (to close on Kegatfa day at lp.m.) will be charged 5 per cent, on amount of first prize. Bookmakeis will not be allowed to bet inside tin enclosure. The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter th* order or postpone any or all the events, and add any regulations which in their opinion may be necessary.
