REGULATIONS. (PBB PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, January 31. The regulations for the issue and audit of adhesive stamps, ns for as possible, also govern the creation and issue of discount stamps, which shall be of one denomination only, namely one farthing, and shall be printed m sheets of 240 stamps, which will be on sale at the Pest Offices in quantities of no less than one complete sheet of stamps. They will ba redeemable at any money order office, if presented in quantities of value of ono shilling, or of any multiple of one shilling, and aflixod to bpecial forms provided for the purpose by the post office money order office. Too proceeds from the sale of discount stamps shall be paid into the poso otiic9 account, and shall be disbursed thertfrom for the redemption of stamps presented.
