Tke Jlavor, Mr. E. Dockrill, received the subjoined wire from the Acting-Premier, the Hon. J. G. Ward on Wednesday :—" For your information, I think it only right t:> inform you early this morning that thy reported stoppage of the Britannic with i the Imperial U'oops in Melbourne is only temporary.
