MEMORIAL SERVICES.

Our readers will notice that memorial services in honour of our late beloved Queen will be held in all the churches in New Plymouth to-morrow, fall particulars of which will fce found in anlother part of this issue. The pastor and church officers of Whiteley Memorial Church, in view of the special nature of the service on Sunday morning,invited the Mayor and Town Council to attend, and we are informed that the Mayor and Council has accepted the invit ition and will at'end that church officially in the morning and St. Mary's Parish Ohureh in the evening. At tbe latter the services will be of a special memorial character with appiopriato hymrs and anthems and the City Band will be pr-'sent and play the D-;ad March in .Saul at both morning nud oven'ng service; At the Pii-iiiiviw Methodist Church the Revs. Mann and Henderson, two of the oldest men inthecon'jrc'.ion returning from the Auckland Conference, will prenrk special memorial sermons.
