CONDITIONS. Two crews to start or no race. Three boats to start nr po second pHze. All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at ihe 'tartiog point at tbe proper tim" shal te liable to disqualification for th«t event. Protest' must be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes after thi laoe. Fach protest must be accompanied by a deposit cf 10*. which sum fhall be for-feite-i if tho protest is not upheld by the Committee. Kotvaii'-e fee. 10 per cent, of the amount of first prize money offered for each event. Nam weiulits of competitors (including substitute*), and colrurs to be worn, must be lod«fid at the time of entry.
