Two crews to start or no race. Three boats to start or r.o second prize. All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at the starting point at the proper time eha'l bo liable to disqualification for tbat event. Protests must be in the hands of the Secretary in writing within 15 minutes alter th* lace. Facli protest must be accompanied by a deport of 10s which sum shall te forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Committee. Entrance fee, 10 per cent, of the amount of first prize money offered for each event. Names, weights of competitors (including substitutes), and colturs to be worn, inu-s 1 e lodged at the time of entry. All post entries (to close on Regatta '"ay at 1 p.m.) will be charged 5 percent, on amount of first prize. Bookmakers will not be allowed to bet inside the enclosure.
