Facli protest must be accompanied by a deport of 10s which sum shall te forfeited if the protest is not upheld by the Committee. Entrance fee, 10 per cent, of the amount of first prize money offered for each event. All post entries (to close on Regatta '"ay at 1 p.m.) will be charged 5 percent, on amount of first prize. Bookmakers will not be allowed to bet inside the enclosure.
