Rousseau's Bill, dealing with religious associations, prohibits such associations existing between French and foreigners, or with headquar'ers abroad or directed by foreigner.-', without State authorisation. It also prevents such associations whose members live in common. It is proposed to transfer confiscated property for workmen's pensions.
