PRIMITIVE METHODIST CONFERENCE.
JHB PRBV ASSQCIATIOK.) Auckland, January 14. At the Primitive Methodist Conference to-day, the station and Sunday school reports were censidered and received. S'ation reports showed an increase of 93 members, after filling tip all vacancies caußed by death, removal etc. The sohoel reports showed trj-re, there are in the colony 69 Primitive Methodixt Sunday Schools, with 54 teachers and 4890 scholars. A deputation from the Auckland Ministers Association was received. The Conference dealt with the rvport of the Building Committee; this showed that the cemmission has church property to the value of £42,137, and that £783 had been paid off the debt during the year, leaving a present debt of -£10,203. The Century Convention was held this evening, and theques'ion of how best to promote the work of God in our churches'was dealt with.
