PENNY POSTAGE. From Ist January, 1901, tht postage on letters and letter cards for delivery within the colony, or tar United Kingdom, Canada, India, Cape Colony, and practically all other places in British Bmptre, except Australia, will be for ea;h half ounce or fraction thereof ene penny. Foreign countries rate will remain at 2£d as at present, mud for Australia 2nd, until farther advised. Postage on parcels for United Kingdom will, from same date, be as follows:—For parcels not over three pounds, Is; not over seven pounds 2s; not over eleven pounds, 3s. AUSTRALIAN POSTAGE.
