Bxpbess delivery and special messenger servioea will be established at New Plymouth Post and Telegraph Offices as from the l»t January:—The express delivery will cover letters and parcels not exceeding 31b. in weight, for which an extra, fee of 6d has <ie*n paid. The delivery is to be effected by telegraph messengers. . The special messenger service means placing a messenger at the disposal of any Telephone Exchange auhfecriber on request being made, and a fee of 6d on the Krat mile, and'3d each additiooal mile op to two miles, or a time jayment being made.
