Foreign countries rate will remain at as at present, and for Australia 2nd, until further advised. Postage on parcels for United Kingdom will, from same date, be as follows For parcels not over three ponnds, Is; not ovur seven pounds, 2s; not over eleven pounds, 3s. EXPRESS DELIVERY AND SPECIAL MESSENGER SERVICE. Bxpbbss delivery and special messenger services will be established at New Plymouth Post and Telegraph Offices as from the l»t' JanuaryTito express delivery will cover letters and parcels not exceeding 31b. in weight, for which an extra fee of fid has been paid. The delivery is to bo effected by telegraph messengers. The special messenger service means placing a messenger at the disposal of any Telephone Exchange subscriber on request being made, and a fee of fid on the first mile, and 3d each additional mile up to two miles, or a time payment being made.
