PENNY POSTAGE. FBOH Ist January, 1901, the postage on latter* and letter cards for delivery within the colony, or for United Kingdom, Canada, India, Cape Colony, and practically all other plaoes in British Empire, except Australia, will be for each half ounce or fraction thereof one penny. Foreign countries rate will remain at 2%d as at present, and for Australia 2nd, until further advised. Postage OB parcels for United Kingdom will, from same date, be as follows:—For parcels not mt three pounds, Is; not over seven pounds, Si; not over eleven pounds, 3s.
