Forejlgn canntries rate will remain at 2sd as at present, and for Australia 2nd, until further advised. Postage on parcels for United Kingdom will, from same date, be as :—For paresis not over three pounds, Is; not - jT*r seven pounds, 2s; not over eleren poinds, 3s.

The delfrery is to be effected by telegraph messengers. The special mes•anger amice means placing a messenger at the disposal of any Telephone Exchange mbscdber on request being made, and a fee of 6d on the first mile, and 3d each additional mile op to two miles, or a time payment being made, I.
