- THB OYOLE BOARD'S BILL. Auckland, November 23. At a meeting of the Ojnncil of the Auckland Oycle Roads League, it was decided to appoint a special night to fully consider the Cycle Boards Bill, and endeavour to. obtain the attendance of as many Auckland members ot the House of Representatives as potBible. It was stated that various, uem bers of the Legislature had been interviewed with regard to the Bill, and that there was a general concensus of opinion in both Houses that the Bill was an up-to-data measure, and almost oertain to become law next session.
