[FEB PBHS ASBOOLUKOX.] Wellinoton, November 12. Charles Lillywhite, alias Arthur Blateh, -was again before the Mhgisirate's Court to-day, on suspicion of being eoncernad in the Oolohester murder. Horace Attwood, who had 'ieen brought as a witness from the Bluff, said ha lived at Coloheeter till August 1898. Blateh was in Us father's employment, and afterwards custodian of the Recreatiofe ground and later, in the service of Welch the murdered man, as porter. Witness failed to recognise the accused as Blateh. If he w»s Blateh, he had altered materially. He was about the) right height, but in conversation with. him, witness failed to recognise Us voice. At the suggestion of the Bench, and by consent of the accused, an ad* journment was made, and a prolonged conversation took place between Attwood and the accused.
