(Keceivtd 16,10.16 p.n.) London, November 16. Sir H. Campbell-Bannerman, speaking at Dundee, derided the Liberal Imperialists, whs, he said, were ne better than Liberal Unionists. The doer was always open for Lord Kosebery*s return as the leader of the whole Liberal Party.
