The Conciliation Baud announced to-day it* recommendations an to Wit plastering trade dispute, viz., the week] w> consist of 45 hours; journeymen fcuj be paid not lias than £3 12s per week ; or Is 7dper hour, provision being made fdr'fcringthe wage of men who admit ihey are incapable of earning the full rote, and of these only «ne to ever) four full-rate men are to be employed; overtime from time and a quarter to double time, tho latter being for Saturday afternoon*, Sundays, and holidays; preference tr bo given to Unionists, with the same pro vision as in other recant awards, a penalty of from £IOO to £SOO for breach of award, settlement to be enforced and to apply for two years from the Ist January; diilirenu* of opinion are to be submitted to a committee ol [two representatives from the Union and two from the employed, with the Chairman of the Bwrd as referee.
