NATIVES ROBBING MAILS AND ATTACKING OFFICIALS. PBB PBBSS ASSOCIATION, Reoeived 11, 5.40 p.m. Bombay, October 13. British troops have been despatched to North Baluchistan to establish a blockade at Wagiristan as a punishment to the natives for the robbery of mails and attacks en officials.
