[ME PBBS3 ASSOCIATION.] Received 23,6.15 p.m. London, September 22. The Queen invested the Bight Hop. the Earl of Hopetoun, G.C.M.G., with the Order of the Thistle. He then delivered up his wand and badge as Lord Chamberlain and the bidge of the Victorian Order. He kissed hands on receiving the appointment of the Governor-Generalship and dined with Her Majesty.
