I'EB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Napier, September 13. The jury in the libel case of Pilcher v. the Daily Telegraph found for the plaint ill' on all the issues except one, assessing the damages at £3OO. During the trial certain nonsuit points were raised. These will be heard by Mr. Justice Edwards to-morrow morning ; also arguments in an application for a new trial.
