PROPOSED COMMERCIAL COURT ABANDONED.
[PER PBESS ASSOCIATION.] Received 12, 10 a.m. ; Sydney, September 12. The Attorney-General, owing to the opposition shown, has abandoned the clauses creating a Commercial Court in the Supreme Court Procedure Bill. Thus what was practically the object of the measure was defeated.
